I’m Joe Post, a product and UX executive in Grand Rapids, MI. For more than a decade I’ve worked where product strategy, user experience, and applied AI meet. I build the teams and ship the software that turn data into decisions people act on.
Most recently I was VP of Product at Cavallo, leading a nine-person product and UX team across an enterprise ERP software suite. There I shipped Customer IQ, an ML-powered customer segmentation and churn-risk product now live in market on SalesPad and Microsoft Business Central; grew the legacy product line’s revenue while migrating it to Business Central; and stood up an AI-augmented prototyping pipeline that produced more than 100 prototypes in 50 days.
Before Cavallo I spent eight years at Adage Technologies, where I grew the strategy and UX practice from two people to twenty-five, roughly a quarter of company revenue, was promoted onto the executive leadership team, and led digital transformations for the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Kennedy Center, and Monterey Bay Aquarium.
AI has been a through-line in my work, not a recent pivot. I led a Google machine-learning sentiment project at Caxy in 2013, led client implementations of Optimizely’s AI recommendation and personalization features and, as a six-time Optimizely MVP, gave product feedback as the platform evolved toward Opal, and today I build RevMax, a multi-agent generative-AI content and revenue-intelligence platform I use to run live sites end to end.
I’ve been recognized as an Optimizely MVP six times, most recently in May 2026, and I hold an MFA from CalArts. If you’re a recruiter or peer, I’d love to connect.
