We engaged with Caxy for two years, 2013 to 2015. In two years, we re-branded the organization including the logo, purpose statement, brand book, and website. Caxy embraced “Code Creative” as a mantra for the organization. Caxy values both creativity in design and programming and recognizes that code is creative. In 2014 we led an agile transformation that established scrum as the Caxy delivery method. The branding and agile operations process positioned Caxy to become a top agile software development firm in Chicago.
