2019 was an excellent year for the Adage Strategy & Design team. We were busy throughout the year with many large scale digital transformations underway. The group launched several new service mark packages driving growth in critical areas: strategy and analytics.
Evolve & Adapt
I am very grateful for a diverse team that shares the core value of “evolve and adapt” and lives that growth mindset. Promotions are a reflection of that growth and commitment to continued learning. In 2019 we promoted Will to Lead Experience Designer and Amanda to Senior Experience Designer. Across the team, we expanded our expertise in digital transformation, analytics for strategy and user experience design, and design thinking. I am continuously amazed at the team’s commitment to continuous improvement. In 2019 four marketing, communications, and user experience design awards recognized its user experience designs.
Going Places
The Strategy & Design team drives our user-centered approach to digital transformation. Our practice typically means travel to our clients to embed and seek an understanding of the organization and its audience. In 2019 the team traveled to client offices and conferences in Washington DC, New York City, Albany, Pitsburg, Harrisburg, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Monterey Bay, and Midland, MI. Milwaukee, Boston, and Orlando!
Throughout the year, the team also made time to bond and have fun after work. We shared experiences at Adler After Dark, Ron of Japan, Michelin starred Parachute, and Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club.
2019 was a great year. We are off to a great start to 2020 with our 2019 efforts, including the January 2020 launch of the new digital experience platform built on Episerver DXP for the largest arts and cultural institution in the nation.
We are looking forward to another year of growth, fun, and high fives.
