Toi W. Hutchinson is an Illinois State Senator and this site was developed working closely with her campaign team. Toi wanted to keep her site “informal” so that her constituents would feel comfortable communicating with her via the website. So, I kept the design low-key and “blog” feeling for a more personal and approachable feeling.
